Entry fee is £80, including two Saturday evening meals

 

Schedule

Friday 20th September:

Club open for arrivals please contact administrator@weston.org.uk for access to the field on the Friday afternoon (12:00 until Dusk)

 

Saturday 21st September:

09.00 -11.00 - Registration

11.00 - Briefing

12.30 - Scheduled start of first race followed by three back to back races

 

Sunday 22nd September:

11.00 - Briefing

13.00 - Scheduled start of fourth race followed by one back to back race

Prizegiving will take place as soon as possible

 

Saturday Evening Catering

Two meals for Saturday evening are included in the entry, additional meals can be booked on the entry link below for £10 per person

Accommodation

Camping for Vans, Motorhomes, and tents is limited and must be booked on the link below for £10 per night.

It is located in the SCC field adjacent to the club. Limited to 20 units maximum. If camping Friday night as well as Saturday night please purchase £10 tickets for both nights.

Please note this is a public ‘free-space’, so please secure your possessions appropriately!

Please contact Weston SC if your Campervan exceeds 6m LOA.
